Return & Exchange Policy
All of our wallpaper is made to order and thoroughly inspected with your excitement in mind before sending them on their way. However, we are only human and accidents can happen! If you receive wallpaper that is damaged or incorrect, you can return it for a refund or replacement, free of charge.
Important Notes
- If your wallpaper is flawed and you would like to return or exchange it, please contact us at support@wallsizzle.com along with pictures of the damaged panels and we will be happy to assist you.
- We strongly encourage you to carefully examine each panel of your wallpaper prior to installation. In order to receive a replacement or refund, you will need to return all panels to us in its original packaging.
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- All refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for incorrectly measured walls or defective installation. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly read the preparation and installation instructions prior to installing their mural.
When contacting us about returning your wallpaper, please ensure you provide the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return, including supporting pictures
- If you are looking to replace the product or be provided with a refund
