When uploading your own image(s), you acknowledge that you own the copyright to the image(s) or have been granted permission from the copyright owner to use the image(s). You acknowledge that WallSizzle has the right to refuse the printing of any image(s) that does not follow copyright laws. By uploading the image(s), you accept all responsibility and legal liabilities for its use. WallSizzle also reserves the right to refuse the printing of any image(s) that we deem inappropriate.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can return it for a refund or replacement, free of charge. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy page for full details. WallSizzle is not responsible for products damaged during transit. If damage occurs due to shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please note: Due to the nature of the ChromaLuxe dye-sublimation coating, the odd tiny bump or minor imperfection may be present on occasion in the final product yet does not detract from the unique beauty of the metal print. We carefully inspect every sheet and if any imperfections are found, we place them in the most unobtrusive parts of the image.
